Enhanced Care Management is a cornerstone Medi-Cal benefit available statewide, tailored to address the unique challenges faced by members with complex needs. At the heart of this program is a dedicated lead care manager who expertly orchestrates a comprehensive network of healthcare and social services.
This innovative program goes beyond traditional healthcare approaches by providing comprehensive, personalized support tailored to the unique needs of each individual. Through ECM, members receive not only medical care but also coordinated access to a wide range of social services, community resources, and support networks.
