From my initial intake on April 1st, the approval process through my insurance was quick, and I had a Housing Navigator in no time. Quetzal Garcia has been a total rockstar, helping me navigate everything since I got my apartment approval on Monday. Great support with health services

I am 62 years old. I came to the USA a year and a half ago. I do not drive a car and have never driven. And I found myself in a difficult situation. I needed to visit doctors and I had an eye operation. And visit more doctors, do procedures. I turned to MISI for help, and they helped me with transportation, with an insurance company. Many employees were involved, headed by Alina. This is Irina, Olya, Tatyana and others. I am very grateful to them, this is a great help for me both financially and morally. Thank you for your attention and thanks God.
