From my initial intake on April 1st, the approval process through my insurance was quick, and I had a Housing Navigator in no time. Quetzal Garcia has been a total rockstar, helping me navigate everything since I got my apartment approval on Monday. Housing assistance.

Thank you for providing housing assistance – Covering deposit, first month rent, and the first need furniture or supplies. Perfect option if you need help with moving. Navigator Sofia is good. This program works with MediCal, and it takes few months, so be prepared to pay a deposit and the first month’s rent on your own. However, after some time, the money from this program will be sent to your apartment, and you will have two paid months.
