From my initial intake on April 1st, the approval process through my insurance was quick, and I had a Housing Navigator in no time. Quetzal Garcia has been a total rockstar, helping me navigate everything since I got my apartment approval on Monday. I’d like to thank the program team coordinators that helped me get into my place after 4 months of being homeless I’d like to truly give them my highest honors on getting into my place inspite of hiccups that occurred before the process I thank the program team and everyone that helped me make it happen!!!
