From my initial intake on April 1st, the approval process through my insurance was quick, and I had a Housing Navigator in no time. Quetzal Garcia has been a total rockstar, helping me navigate everything since I got my apartment approval on Monday. We heard about this program on the Ethno FM radio and at first did not believe that they really gave money, but decided to seek happiness and came to MISI. We were greeted very politely and accepted documents. And a month later, the navigator Elena called us and explained in great detail how we should proceed. She helped us a lot in the process of looking for apartments, went with us to offices and talked with managers. Elena was very responsive to all our requests and answered our questions patiently and in detail. Thanks to her help and support, three months later we found a beautiful apartment in a good area. And it was also very nice to get new furniture and mattresses for the new apartments, which we were also able to order thanks to the program. Many thanks to Elena and the entire MYISI team. We will definitely recommend you to our friends and acquaintances who will need help, as we did.
