ABOUT THE ROLE
Call Center Agents are the first point of contact for individuals seeking support through the
CalAIM Community Supports program. You’ll provide information, answer inquiries, and guide members
with empathy and professionalism.

FULL-TIME: $18/HOUR І NON-EXEMPT
SCHEDULE: MON-FRI, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
LOCATION: ROSEVILLE, CA (101 CREEKSIDE RIDGE CT, SUITE 215)
