ABOUT THE ROLE
Housing Navigators help Medi-Cal members transition into stable housing through the CalAIM
Community Supports program. You’ll guide clients step by step—intake, housing search, lease
signing, and move-in—while working with landlords, property managers, and managed care plans.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
– Bilingual speakers (Chinese/English and Vietnamese/English)
– Strong communication & organization skills
– Compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented
– Dedicated to supporting community members
FULL-TIME: $18/HOUR І NON-EXEMPT
SCHEDULE: MON-FRI, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
