Thanks for the help we really needed!
In July–August 2024, we moved into a duplex! I want to thank the MISI team for the assistance provided to our family. Everyone involved in the process was responsive and understanding of all our questions.
I would especially like to thank Juliette and Milana, who worked with us. Everything was done quickly and professionally. Juliette helped us with choosing furniture.

I am so grateful for her responsiveness, assistance, genuine concern, kindness, and the psychological support she provided during difficult times. She is an incredible person with a truly kind heart. She stepped in to help arrange interpreters, schedule doctor’s appointments, find clinics, communicate with insurance companies, and much more. As someone with life-dependent chronic illnesses, it was vital for me to establish a reliable system for obtaining the medications I need to stay alive every day; Irina was a huge help in this regard and truly cared about my well-being. Juliette helped us a lot with paying for housing and the security deposit through the MISI program. During the purchase of furniture and household items (which became an unexpected gift for us), she consistently answered all our questions, checked whether all items were delivered, provided support, and was always open to resolving any issues. Her care and support are extremely valuable. It was always a pleasure to communicate with her, and it felt like one of the most important values of the whole experience. All staff members always responded quickly and resolved issues efficiently.
