In July–August 2024, we moved into a duplex! I want to thank the MISI team for the assistance provided to our family. Everyone involved in the process was responsive and understanding of all our questions.

I am so grateful for her responsiveness, assistance, genuine concern, kindness, and the psychological support she provided during difficult times. She is an incredible person with a truly kind heart. She stepped in to help arrange interpreters, schedule doctor’s appointments, find clinics, communicate with insurance companies, and much more. As someone with life-dependent chronic illnesses, it was vital for me to establish a reliable system for obtaining the medications I need to stay alive every day; Irina was a huge help in this regard and truly cared about my well-being.
