From my initial intake on April 1st, the approval process through my insurance was quick, and I had a Housing Navigator in no time. Quetzal Garcia has been a total rockstar, helping me navigate everything since I got my apartment approval on Monday. We are incredibly grateful to Misi for providing an interpreter and financial assistance to cover rent and purchase furniture for our home; this was a huge help to us. When we first moved in, we had absolutely no furniture—no beds, no pillows, nothing. Our assistant, Julietta, suggested we apply for funding for furniture, and our request was approved 🎉. As a result, we were able to move into our new home with new furniture. We thank Misi for providing such amazing support, and we are especially grateful to Julietta for suggesting the application, offering advice and tips on choosing furniture, and facilitating a quick order. It was exactly what we needed and helped us immensely when we had nothing.

Juliette helped us with furniture in 2024, and now it is 2026 and we are still using it. She is an excellent staff member—she responded quickly to our questions and arranged fast delivery to our apartment. Thank you, Juliette 🤗
