I would like to leave a review about the work of MISI. They provided us with tremendous support at a time when we were trying to settle into a new country on our own, with unfamiliar rules and limited English skills.

The organization helped us with the initial housing deposit as well as essential items we needed to get started in our new home. Special thanks to Julieta for patiently helping us choose and order the things we needed most.

This assistance made our initial adjustment much easier and faster. We are truly grateful for the support and kindness we received during such an important transition in our lives.

As participants in a housing assistance program, we were provided with a budget for down payment and first month of renting and furniture purchases. She demonstrated exceptional patience, attention to detail, and genuine care in making sure our family was able to furnish our home comfortably.

Whenever an item was unavailable, she proactively searched for alternatives and offered thoughtful replacement options. She was always responsive, organized, and willing to spend extra time helping us make the best choices within the program’s guidelines and budget.

What impressed us most was her dedication and commitment to helping us succeed. She made what could have been a stressful and overwhelming process much easier and more positive. Her professionalism, kindness, and outstanding customer service truly made a difference for our family.

We are extremely grateful for all of her hard work and support, and we believe she is a tremendous asset to her organization. She deserves recognition for the exceptional job she does and the positive impact she has on the people she serves.

We are incredibly grateful to Misi for providing an interpreter and financial assistance to cover rent and purchase furniture for our home; this was a huge help to us. When we first moved in, we had absolutely no furniture—no beds, no pillows, nothing. Our assistant, Julietta, suggested we apply for funding for furniture, and our request was approved 🎉. As a result, we were able to move into our new home with new furniture. We thank Misi for providing such amazing support, and we are especially grateful to Julietta for suggesting the application, offering advice and tips on choosing furniture, and facilitating a quick order. It was exactly what we needed and helped us immensely when we had nothing.
