MISI Partners with SETA Sacramento Works to Expand Opportunities for the Community

Sacramento, CA – July 2025

My ISI (MISI) is pleased to announce a new collaboration with SETA Sacramento Works, an organization dedicated to empowering individuals to thrive, gain confidence, and achieve self-sufficiency through workforce opportunities, education, and essential support services.

Representing MISI, Hafiz Mohammadi, Mohammadi Rustam Sobhi, and Qurban Mohammady met with Mr. Sayed Hashimi from SETA Sacramento Works to explore ways to work together in connecting individuals with both employment and MISI’s Enhanced Care Management (ECM) services.

SETA Sacramento Works helps community members navigate workforce opportunities, access educational programs, receive nutritional support, and develop the skills necessary for long-term success. Through this new partnership, clients referred between the two organizations will be able to benefit from a coordinated approach —combining SETA’s workforce development and training programs with MISI’s ECM services such as housing navigation, medically supportive food, and health care coordination.

“This collaboration is about opening more doors for our community members,” said Hafiz Mohammadi. “By connecting SETA’s resources with MISI’s holistic care approach, we can address both the employment and well-being needs of individuals striving for stability and success.”

Mr. Sayed Hashimi shared, “Our mission at SETA Sacramento Works is to help people reach their fullest potential. Working with MISI means we can extend our support even further, ensuring individuals have access to both economic opportunities and essential life services.”

MISI is excited about this new partnership and looks forward to working closely with SETA Sacramento Works to create pathways for empowerment, independence, and long-term success for community members.
