MISI Community Solutions Opens New Fresno Office, Extending CalAIM Services to Central Valley Communities
FRESNO, Calif. — MISI Community Solutions has recently opened its newest office in Fresno, expanding its ability to deliver essential CalAIM services to qualified Medi-Cal members throughout the Central Valley. The new location, situated at 545 E Alluvial Ave #105, Fresno, CA 93720, strengthens MISI’s service reach and supports increased access to health, housing, and community-based care.
The Fresno office provides a full range of CalAIM-aligned services, including Housing Transition Navigation Services, Housing Deposits, Housing Tenancy and Sustaining Services, Enhanced Care Management (ECM), Recuperative Care, and Medically Tailored Meals / Medically Supportive Food. These services are available to qualified Medi-Cal members through Anthem Blue Cross Partnership Plan and Health Net Community Solutions via MISI’s prime contractor partner, EA Family Services. In the coming months, MISI will also begin providing similar services through additional Managed Care Plan partners, including Kaiser Permanente and CalViva Health.
As one of California’s most experienced and diverse Community Based Organizations, MISI Community Solutions currently serves 12 counties and continues to grow, supported by a multilingual team that speaks 14 different languages—a vital resource for helping bridge cultural, linguistic, and community divides across the state. MISI has supported more than 10,000 Californians through its integrated health and social service programs.
“Our expansion into Fresno allows us to bring essential CalAIM services closer to the people who need them most,” said Alina Mukhopadhyay, CEO of MISI Community Solutions. “Many individuals in the Central Valley face complex health and housing challenges, and this new office strengthens our ability to respond quickly and effectively. We look forward to supporting Medi-Cal members in the Fresno region and building strong relationships with local community and healthcare partners.”
MISI invites Medi-Cal members who qualify for CalAIM services and are in need of housing or health-related support to contact us. MISI also welcomes collaboration with local community-based organizations, healthcare providers, shelters, clinics, and social service agencies seeking to expand support options for their clients.
