I would like to leave a review about the work of MISI. They provided us with tremendous support at a time when we were trying to settle into a new country on our own, with unfamiliar rules and limited English skills.
The organization helped us with the initial housing deposit as well as essential items we needed to get started in our new home. Special thanks to Julieta for patiently helping us choose and order the things we needed most.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding support and assistance we received from Julietta and from MISI Team during our move into new apartment.
As participants in a housing assistance program, we were provided with a budget for down payment and first month of renting and furniture purchases. Throughout this process, Maria guided us with the documents and Julietta went above and beyond to help us select the items we needed. She demonstrated exceptional patience, attention to detail, and genuine care in making sure our family was able to furnish our home comfortably.
Whenever an item was unavailable, she proactively searched for alternatives and offered thoughtful replacement options. She was always responsive, organized, and willing to spend extra time helping us make the best choices within the program’s guidelines and budget.
What impressed us most was her dedication and commitment to helping us succeed. She made what could have been a stressful and overwhelming process much easier and more positive. Her professionalism, kindness, and outstanding customer service truly made a difference for our family.
