I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the MiSi team for their truly heartfelt, kind, responsive, and highly professional work. These are not just employees — they are compassionate, responsible, and hardworking individuals with warm hearts.

I want to especially thank Tatyana, Sofia, Inna, Pavel, Svetlana, and Yulia. Throughout the entire process, they took care of me — assisting with my Medical registration, planning appointments, selecting furniture and preparing applications, finding housing, and setting up utility service agreements. Without the support and dedication of these young and energetic professionals, I wouldn’t have managed. They are a true asset to your company.

A special thank you to the management for such an excellent and thoughtful selection of staff — your team is truly exceptional!

However, I must express my disappointment regarding the experience I had with Juliette. The first communication I received was a warning that I only had one chance to select furniture, and it went downhill from there. She did not respond to phone calls, and as a result, I was unable to use approximately $600–$700 of the subsidy, which was ultimately closed. Perhaps it was a misunderstanding, but it caused unnecessary stress and a loss of valuable support.

To help prevent similar situations in the future, I would like to suggest the following:

1. Create a clear table listing eligible items and the maximum allowable amounts for each.

2. Ensure that this list is approved by the company’s management or a Medical program representative.

It is unacceptable for a staff member to ignore clients and fail to respond to communication. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and lead to improvements.
